Accredd.com provides accreditation letters for investors from countries outside of the US. The process and accreditation thresholds are the same as US investors.

Please note that all values reported in foreign currency will be converted to USD based on the currency exchange rate at the time of submission. This is to ensure consistency with the SEC.

Regarding the documentation, we cannot accept third-party accreditation letters from accountants as valid proof of accreditation. Investors must provide documentation such as tax returns, bank statements, brokerage statements, credit reports, or other financial documents that directly demonstrate their income or net worth.
