How to Request a Withdrawal of Funds
1. Connect Your ACH Bank Account
- Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your ACH bank account is connected to the platform. This will make the withdrawal process smoother.
- To do this, click the question mark in the top-right corner of your screen and navigate to the Support Site.
- Look for the article titled “How to Connect Your ACH Bank Account” under the Investor Onboarding section and follow the instructions provided.
2. Log in and Navigate to My Portfolio
- After logging into your account, it will default to the My Portfolio screen.
- On the left-hand side, click Transfer Money.
3. Request to Withdraw Funds
- Once on the transfer page, click Withdraw Funds at the top of the screen.
- Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw. For example, if you want to withdraw $100,000, simply input that amount.
- After submitting the request, your fund manager will be notified and will process the withdrawal.
4. Fund Manager Notification
- After your withdrawal request is submitted, the fund manager will be notified.
- The fund manager will connect with you to confirm the transfer of funds and inform you when the transaction is completed.
